Return Fees and Charges

If you are not totally satisfied for any reason or if you have changed your mind about your purchase you can choose to return your item for a refund of the original purchase price excluding original shipping fees (and return fees if the return is arranged by us). Please note that delivery costs for items purchased on a free shipping promotion will be deducted from your refund along with the return delivery cost if this has been arranged by us. A 10% restocking fee will also apply. Please note, if we accept a return in packaging other than the original packaging, at our discretion, a minimum re-packaging fee of $50 will apply.
