When will my order be shipped?

Estimated dispatch times are shown on our website category pages, search results pages and product pages. The estimated dispatch time for your order will also be shown on your order confirmation which is sent via e-mail after you place your order.In stock items will be dispatched from our warehouse within 24 hours unless you have included some pre-order items in your order. 99% of orders placed before 11:30am Sydney time on a working day will be dispatched on the same day.

Please note that cancellation fees and return shipping fees may apply if you cancel an order after we start processing it.
